Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
🛠️ Customer Interaction & Vehicle Intake
Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle issues and service requirements.
Perform initial inspection and prepare accurate job cards.
Provide service estimates, explain work needed, and obtain customer approvals.
📋 Service Coordination
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely service.
Track job progress and update customers on delays or additional findings.
Ensure completion of service as per promised timeline and quality standards.
✅ Quality Check & Delivery
Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Explain repairs, charges, and warranties to the customer.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve minor complaints immediately.
📊 Administrative Tasks
Maintain service records and job history.
Ensure proper documentation and invoicing of services performed.
Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop
Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in job card systems, DMS software, and MS Office
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
