Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Site Execution & Supervision
Assist in daily supervision of MEP works such as plumbing, drainage, electrical, and HVAC installations.
Ensure work is executed as per design, safety standards, and schedule.
Support contractors and technicians by resolving basic site-level technical issues.

🔹 Coordination
Coordinate with civil and structural teams for service routing and MEP clearances.
Attend site coordination meetings and report MEP status to the senior engineer.
Ensure materials and manpower are available for planned activities.

🔹 Quality & Compliance
Check and verify installation quality and conformity to drawings and specifications.
Assist in inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
Maintain safety standards and report any non-compliance immediately.

🔹 Documentation
Maintain daily site progress reports, checklists, and inspection logs.
Update MEP work trackers and material usage records.
Support in preparing as-built documentation and drawings.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of site-level experience in residential MEP works
Strong understanding of plumbing layouts, electrical circuits, HVAC ducting, and fire systems
Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Good communication and team coordination skills
Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
