Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Execution & Supervision
Lead day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Monitor execution schedules and resource allocation to achieve targets.

🔹 Technical Oversight
Resolve complex site issues, engineering problems, and deviations in real-time.
Ensure adherence to structural and MEP coordination plans.
Verify quality of materials and workmanship at each construction stage.

🔹 Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and material suppliers.
Validate and approve contractor bills as per work completion.
Ensure timely mobilization and availability of manpower and equipment.

🔹 Planning & Coordination
Assist Project Manager in preparing micro-level schedules and progress tracking.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP engineers.
Conduct regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

🔹 Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all work adheres to statutory, legal, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation – DPRs, QCRs, billing reports, inspection logs.
Ensure smooth handover of completed structures and snag-free delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with extensive experience may be considered).
Minimum 10 years of experience in residential building projects (high-rise/low-rise).
Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and construction sequencing.
Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
Ability to lead site teams independently and handle client interactions.
