1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories and types of “Personal Information” concerning Candidates:

  • Contact Information: your first and last name, email addresses, phone number and/or mobile phone number;
  • Professional or employment-related information: work history, job title, skills, years of experience, and education information;
  • Demographic information: billing address, approximate location (at the level of city/metro area only), gender, race, sexual orientation, and immigration (visa) status;
  • Photos: your professional social network picture;
  • Inferences: drawn from the categories described above in order to make predictions concerning your job-related skills, predicted salary range, and potential fit for employer job searches.

Additionally, if you visit our Sites or use our Services, including if you are a Jobseeker or Business User, we collect the following additional categories of Personal Information:

  • Other Identifiers: IP address; account name, company name, and address;
  • Professional or employment-related information: if you are a Jobseeker, you provide us with employment information when you register with us;
  • Internet or other electronic activity: your browsing and click history, including the functions you use and searches you perform using the Services; browser agent name and version; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Sites and/or use our Services; and the referring URL or the webpage that led you to our Sites.

Our partners, such as payment gateways, may collect financial information (including payment card information) directly from you; however, we will not have access to this information.

  • For Candidates and Jobseekers who appear in our employment database, we collect information about you from third parties. This includes public profiles (such as professional social network sites and social media sites where you have publicly posted information), other public websites and web platforms, from data brokers or other data vendors, and from our business customers.
  • If you are a Jobseeker or a Business User, we collect additional information directly from you, including contact information, professional and employment information, and other identifiers.
  • Passive Collection: If you are a Jobseeker or Business User, we also collect information passively using tools like browser cookies, as described further in the Cookies section below.
  • We may also combine information collected from our different Sites and Services.

3. How We Use Personal Information

For Candidates:

We use your Personal Information:

  • To Provide Candidate Search Services: We use Candidate Personal Information to help our business clients find prospective job candidates that match their search criteria. This may result in new job opportunities for you that are better suited to your experience, skills, and interests.

If you are a Jobseeker or a Business User, we use your Personal Information for:

  • Transactional Purposes: Including sending alerts and communications regarding your registration or account, and using your billing address to calculate applicable taxes for purchases.
  • Analytical Purposes: To evaluate user behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Marketing and Promotional Purposes:
    • To inform you about job fairs, employment opportunities, campus placements, training programs, and other services;
    • To facilitate communication between you and business users regarding job opportunities;
    • To deliver personalized marketing content from Sapital Recruitments.
  • Site and Service Improvement:
    • To enhance the functionality and user experience of our Sites and Services;
    • To provide better customer support;
    • To identify and resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.

Service Providers

Our Business Customers and Business Users

If you are a Candidate and/or a Jobseeker, we may share your Personal Information — including your contact information, professional and employment-related data, demographic information, photos, and inferred insights — with our business clients and registered Business Users for their hiring and recruitment needs. This may also include sharing the name, address, and logo of the hiring organization.

Our goal in sharing this information is to facilitate meaningful connections between talented professionals and companies seeking qualified candidates. By participating in this process, you may receive tailored job opportunities and career advancement prospects aligned with your profile and aspirations.

Advertising Partners

We may allow selected third-party partners — including social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, and digital advertising networks — to collect Internet and electronic activity information when you visit our Sites and Services. These third parties may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather data that allows us to evaluate advertising effectiveness and deliver interest-based advertisements.

All such data is treated as “Business Customer Data.”

We consider Business Customer Data strictly confidential and use it only to provide Services to the respective Business User. Sapital Recruitments does not access, use, share, or disclose Business Customer Data for any other purpose without explicit instruction from the originating customer.

We use cookies (small text files placed on your computer or device to identify your browser) and may use anonymous identifiers (random character strings used similarly to cookies). At Sapital Recruitments, our Talent Pool assists our business customers and Business Users in identifying candidates to meet their hiring needs. To support this, we collect and index the Personal Information of Candidates from various sources described above so that it can be accessed by authorized business users for recruitment purposes. This helps ensure that our customers can effectively source, evaluate, and manage talent.

We understand that some individuals may not wish to be included in our Recruitment Back Support Candidate Pool. If you would like to opt out, you may do so by submitting a request via our contact form or emailing us at info@sapitalrecruitments.com with the subject line “Opt-Out.” In order to verify your identity, please provide your full name and the email address we have on file. If additional details are needed to complete your request, we will follow up accordingly.

Please note that, even after you opt out, we may retain minimal data solely to maintain your opt-out preference and prevent re-inclusion in the future. This information will not be shared with employers, recruiters, or any users of our services.
