Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you received the Goods, or on which a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the delivered item.

We will reimburse you within 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase, with no additional fees charged.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The Goods must be in original, unused condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized Goods
  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired
  • Unsealed items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Note: Items sold at a discount or on clearance are not eligible for a refund, unless mandated by law.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Refunds cannot be processed until we have received the Goods or proof of return.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
